If you received a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG PRODUCT, you may return your purchase for a refund/exchange within 1 day of order delivery.

To make a return, share the PROPER UNBOXING VIDEO of the order on WhatsApp @ +91 8700505566, email theaccessorystore2021@gmail.com and please make sure to include the reason for your return. We don’t accept any size related returns or exchange. Also, make sure to open the packet after showing the label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and there should be no pauses in between. and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
* Please note that the item is not considered as damaged when it is just removed because of the glue, we all know that it is fixable and it’s common in handmade items. Hence there is No Refund for fixable issues. Anyways we will ensure to send you only the best products from our end.
* Damage is considered only if the product is broken with Unboxing video from the beginning to end of your Unpacking.
* TheAccessoryStore does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable. 
Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags (if any), cards and boxes. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A USED CONDITION.
