What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, Wallets, Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Cash on delivery.

What are the shipping charges?

For prepaid orders- Shipping is free all over India for order above Rs 499

For Cash on Delivery- Shipping is free above Rs 499 but Rs 50 COD convenience charge is applicable. COD is applicable only on orders upto Rs 3000.

When will my order ship? (or) To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order to your designated shipping address. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Do you ship packages internationally?

Mostly for now we are focused on the domestic market.

Where are your packages shipped from?

From our inventory which is located in Gurugram.

What does “In-transit” mean for Post tracking?

Something you may want to cover for your customers is that “In-transit” means that you have dispatched the goods to your postal code, and that they are travelling to the destination postal dispatch center, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.
